Today

I woke reflective, restless, unhappy.

It is hard when I find myself comparing.

I hate the way I look.

I miss my ring.

My boss is being a super ass…why does he answer my questions by repeating the instructions he just said 3 other times? It’s confusing! I want an answer.

Why not answer my specific question?

I am not 5 and god, I hate my job.

My husband is 49 today and I have celebrated 30 birthdays with him…

it’s very disconcerting in some ways and comforting in others…

Wonderful!

Katey Sagal on her husband, Kurt Sutter, writing Gemma with her in mind:

His idea came from meeting with our other executive producers who had wanted to do a movie in this arena. And he thought it would be a good television series, and so he wrote this world which sort of had a Hamlet arc about it, and there was definitely the mother of our Hamlet. And so he came to me as he was writing it, and said ‘I think I have a part for you,’ but he didn’t really tell me what it was. And I didn’t really know what it was until I actually read the script. But he did write it with me in mind, and then we were hoping the network would sign off on that. …
If you asked him, what he would tell you probably is when he came into my life, I already had two children, and he’s their stepparent, and I was very protective of my children. … He hadn’t been around that kind of energy quite so much, so I think that’s what was the springboard for Gemma. It was not so much the heinous things she does; it was that at her core, her motivation is her children, is her child. At any cost, she will protect him and her club.”

Do any of those words make sense to you? They might, if you’re among the thousands of members of “the most glorious and elusive society“ devoted to the appreciation of the “high cheekboned, blue eyed sexbomb” that is Benedict Timothy Carlton Cumberbatch, star of the BBC series Sherlock. That “society” is the legion of inordinately dedicated fans of Cumberbatch, a group who call themselves “Cumberbitches” — launching a Twitter profile, Facebook page, Pinterest handle, and, yes, countless Tumblrs, in honor of their beloved star.

Ok today IS the 1st day

Ok, we are 2 weeks into a 90 day challenge, I thought it would motivate me, instead I am eating more and moving less than ever! What the fuck?!

Yesterday was supposed to be a weigh in and they skipped it so I have a reprieve (I gained the first week :P)

I am going back on that food and exercise ap and logging everything.

Saturday will be the start of exercise, not sure what yet but I plan on Body Pump Tuesday.

The hardest part is having lost all the people that were helping me succeed  Susan and Reinita. I know working has effected it but I have to talk myself into the beginning so I can get to the addicted and the more energy part.  It truly happens, I felt amazing and had very little pain, right now I hurt every where.

I watched the old people at Grace’s cafeteria on Saturday, there were people that were spry and bright eyed and bushy tailed, and others that were hunched over hardly moving and in a fog.  I want to be the bushy tailed one….

Today is the 1st day.
